To assume a car lease what anybody would need is have good
credit as the car lease transfer process requires that the
new candidate have equal to or better credit than the original
lessee. Once the new take over candidate has been approved
by the Leasing Company the person then continues to pay
the car lease until the lease term is over. At the end of
the car lease the new lessee will return the car to the
dealership.
